You guys rock. I love the service I get from Infiniti. I wish all companies treated their customers like Infiniti of Kirkland does. And my face to Infiniti is Linda Ross who is the most customer focused person I have ever met – and I do a lot of business. So needless to say – thank you. Combined with the fact that the actual product (the qx56) is a GREAT car, you have a happy customer
Absolutely stellar service. I went in for an oil change and the service dept found a faulty valve that had earlier caused a dead battery. They replaced the battery and valve at no charge and I was out in an hour — all with unmatched friendliness, charm and efficiency. I wouldn’t take my G37S any where else!!

Infiniti’s and being serviced by dealerships. Ryan Anderson is the greatest service rep I’ve encountered.
As a new resident in Washington we are happy to find such warm and courteous businesses relations. This is much different than what we were accustomed to having come from Southern California. We will be dealing with you for years to come.
The service I received on our G35 was excellent and Ryan was very informative of all that needed to be done. Appreciated having all of the items repaired and a loaner car to use for the day. Very impressed that all of the work was completed on the same day.
Enjoyed the waiting room, lots of magazine choices and great coffee machine too. Everyone seems very nice. Plan to be back for the next oil change!
First, the service I receive is excellent. I love being able to make my appointments online and the service team goes out of their way to make me feel at home when I arrive. The little things like asking me if I need a desk to work is what will keep me coming back for service.
Because I do not drive a ton of miles in my car, my service appointments will be time-based more often than not, so the reminders would be a big help.
Overall, in the 2 times I have been in for regular service, I have been thoroughly pleased. Now that the bar has been set, I will certainly let you know if anything does not meet expectations in future visits!
The service at Infiniti of Kirkland was outstanding. I cannot think of anything that you could realistically do better. I really appreciate having a loaner car at my disposal without hassles and I always find the Service Consultants to be courteous, friendly and honest.
My experience is without fail, always great. The service staff makes me feel like I’m the most important appointment of their day every time I come in. The work is always done quickly and professionally. And of course, I always make sure that I have a cookie while I wait. My prior car was a Mercedes Benz and, while the service at that dealer was “professional”, it wasn’t nearly as personal as I get at Infinity of Kirkland. Wish I could think of something to improve the service but honestly, I can’t.
My experience with Infiniti of Kirkland on 7/20 and 7/21 was nothing short of superb! They quickly and professionally serviced the outstanding problems on my QX56. Additionally, during a diagnostic drive, the service technician identified an unknown exhaust problem and (to my relief!) the dealership was able to repair it under the existing 80K warranty. I would like to specifically thank Linda Ross for her outstanding service, professionalism, and support throughout the entire process. She was a pleasure to work with!
Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, but even more important, he stood behind is word. We will be back again!

I want to write and thank you for the service and support that I receive from your team at Infiniti of Kirkland. I’ve owned my FX45 for 6 years and it runs just as well as it did the day I bought it, thanks to Linda, Chris, Kerry and the technicians that work on my car. I am always made to feel at home while I wait, and if the maintenance or repair will be more than an hour or so, the team is quick to (proactively) arrange for a loaner to make sure I remain productive. Their attention to detail re: the repairs being done as well as items to watch for in the near future help me to make educated decisions on what work to have done, and when.
I’ve bragged about my experience enough to sell four new customers on the Infiniti brand (two to my parents back in Illinois, and two co-workers that bought from Kirkland).
Linda was just exceptional. I cannot speak highly enough of her.

I just tried the Express Service on Saturday after much hesitation…it worked swimmingly! I thought I’d have to sit around for hours but it was finished in under an hour and I would have been out of there had I not decided to change the coolant.
What do I enjoy the most? Everyone is extremely friendly. My car was rear-ended recently and I called Kerry Brady for a body shop recommendation. I couldn’t have been happier with that shop’s service. She was spot on when she told me they would take good care of me.
I love receiving the coupons you send out. I probably would have held off on the additional item on Saturday had I not had the 25% off coupon.
Aside from tires, my car has only been serviced by Infiniti of Kirkland – even for detailing and a windshield replacement.
Brandon was an awesome salesman, he had my best interests at heart; very helpful and friendly staff! Sale went very smoothly with no pressure!
Shawn B was very friendly & helpful. He was not a pushy sales jerk, which was nice. I hate buying cars but this was not a bad experience at all!

John and the sales staff were very helpful and did not pressure us into buying. We especially liked his willingness to let us test out as many cars as we wanted, the only piece for improvement would be from the finance person who was overly persistent with offering additional products and wasn’t taking no for an answer.

I imported a 2010 G37x from Kirkland to Canada, it was an easy process and Brandon knew all the details. I wired the funds in total to keep the process as simple as possible at pick up time. I felt safe knowing it was a reputable dealership and trusted Brandon on the details of the car. The Canadian inspections and day time running light change was all quick and easy. I would forsure buy another vehicle from Brandon and have told my friends about the great car, great deal, and great service we received from Kirkland Infiniti.
I am a resident of Vancouver and with our strong dollar against the
US I ventured south to purchase a vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted,
2007 Infiniti FX35 Sport with nav. This version was not available in Canada.
After searching all over Seattle and surrounding areas coming up empty
handed a salesmen at a Nissan dealership referred me to Brandon at Kirkland
Infiniti. We met Brandon and he was very helpful. But he didn’t have exactly
what we wanted so we left. Less than a week later Brandon contacted me and
was having shipped to his dealership exactly what we were looking for. I
made a quick trip down to take a look, and purchased the vehicle, I put a
deposit down and went to my bank with the proper paperwork in which Brandon
gave us. Wired the money to the dealership. At this time Brandon took care
of everything else, all the paperwork needed for importing a car to Canada.
He sent it to a Border of my choice 3 days before i was to come and pick up
the FX.( this gets sent to the US border)when we came to pick up the car ,a
state insurance decal was in the window, the car had been meticulously
cleaned, and a full tank of fuel when I arrived. When I got to the border
they had all the proper paperwork from Brandon which made it a breeze. Went
through to Canada, paid the taxes and duty ( Japan made vehicles have a 6%
duty ) and off to inspection. With the help from Brandon this process was a
breeze and I will never buy a vehicle in Canada again from the savings I got
from purchasing in the US. Also this dealership has a top notch service
center, fresh baked cookies, cappuccino, espresso,latte ..fresh fruit while
you wait. You would never get this service in Canada.

Once I made it to the dealership he was quick and got me and out with a new car in a timely fashion. I appreciate the “no hassle, no bs” style…I truly hate buying cars and this was a good experience.

We will always buy from Infiniti of Kirkland! This has been an awesome experience , first several month back, in December, we were convinced by talking to Matt over the phone after dealing with Infiniti of Fife and their poor customer service; Matthew was a breath of fresh air, stress level gone, while in the car driving from Tacoma to Kirkland! We worked a deal for several days up until the new year to work out a deal. We parted ways but Matthew stayed in touch updating us on everything and establishing a great report with us. So now we come up here to Kirkland. On Friday/Sat and went to Audi, Mercedes and Hyundai but in the end “even tho Mercedes wanted 1,000 under invoice) we still loved our experience and kept our loyalty to Matthew who kept the greatest attitude and friendliness with us, that we just had to come back and buy from Kirkland Infiniti. They are the best! Thank you so very much. Hallelujah!
I really want you to know how pleased and impressed I am with everyone there at Kirkland Infiniti from the day we came in and purchased the car from Mario, all the follow ups that have occurred, to the day I brought it in for service.
We have had some good experiences with dealerships in the past but I have to say that our experience with all of you as been the best yet!

Your location and most of all Ryan went above and beyond for me. I was recently hit at the end of March and Ryan really helped me out not only find what my car needed repair wise…but also took the time to look and the cosmetic repairs done to my car at an outside collison center pointing out issues that I would have missed.
I am going to be in the market for a new car in the next 6-8 months and I hope to continue with Infiniti if I can get the funds together!

Just to let you know that my experience with service at the Infinity Kirkland was very good. Linda was right there to receive and process my car / service. The service was completed in the time indicated. My car was washed and cleaned. Dennis (sales) helped clarify a question I had about the tail lift and Linda followed up later in the day with a phone call to make sure I got a comprehensive answer.

Brandon was awesome to work with, no pressure! Giving us time to consider our options and lots of privacy to discuss it. Tyler was the “bomb” when it came to cleaning and paying attention to all details. Kyle in finance, was quick and to the point and honest with us when it came to the extended warranty. Canadian’s are trusting people, but we are always a little suspicious about whether the same occurs south of the border. Well I am here to say that I am VERY glad that I chose to purchase my 2010 Infiniti QX 56 from Brandon O’Quinn at Kirkland Infiniti. I had already had my 2008 QX totalled in a bad accident, the last thing I needed was more hassle. Brandon made the process so easy. First I saved over $12,000 from the next best price in Canada and essentially Brandon took care of all the details….clearly told me what I needed, processed all documents to the border I chose to cross and explained the entire process. I flew from Calgary to Seattle landing around 1:30, Brandon even gave me a ride to the dealership, and by 4pm I was on the road home. Vehicle was exactly how described, the deposit was in place as I had wired it, very above board operation. They realize the value of Canadian’s purchasing, so if you are reading this be confident with Kirkland….I will be buying again in the future. Crossed the border, and within about 45 minutes I was back in Canada…..vehicle is great! Thanks Brandon, well done. Ps: congrats on the new website, good luck with it.

I have to say — of all cars I’ve owned, the Infiniti is definitely the most fun and that has as much to do with the car itself as it does the dealership/service experience. The customer service ethic shines through. You take every measure to make sure the wait is as pleasant as possible. While I was there, another customer’s car key was lost. The service technician was obviously doing what he could to smooth over the stressful situation and even offered the customer a brand new car to take until they resolved the key issue. Ryan in service has always been accommodating and recommends the best course of action for the car as well as me financially. I really appreciate that.
Our I35 was serviced at Infiniti of Kirkland on Friday, March 4th, 2011. Linda Ross helped with the service coordination. Linda, as always did an excellent job of scheduling, getting the car in for maintenance and completing the work quickly. Please convey to Linda that she has consistently exceeded my expectations and done a great job. No doubt your shop personnel deserve much recognition and we truly appreciate the professional care we have received for our I35, year after year.
I have to say, I am very impressed of the way Infiniti of Kirkland handles the service of my vehicle. I always look forward to seeing Linda, Lori and Kerry as they always greet me with a great smile. I feel like I’m part of “the family” there every time I visit.
The excellent service also extends to the parts department with “B.” He has been extremely helpful to me with DIY repairs on my aging I30T.
And last but certainly not least, I can always count on a quality repair or maintenance from IOK. I have never ever needed to return my car right after a repair or oil change. Sure, I could save a few bucks going to a “chain” oil change shop. But I would never get the peace of mind and the “family” feel like I do with IOK.
In short, I care about my car,…and apparently IOK and their staff does, too! And that’s a great feeling.
First of all let me say that prior to owning my Infiniti, I had purchased and drove Pontiacs, Hondas, VW’s, Toyotas, Dodge Caravans, and several Mercedes. Several of them came from fancy showrooms with pushy sales people; a lesser number actually cared about you after you had finished the purchase. You guys are a breathe of fresh air in comparison.
In the year that I’ve owned my Infiniti, I really hadn’t put too many miles on it, so the service required has been at a minimum. Each time I’ve been to Kirkland, however, I’ve been treated as if I was visiting royalty. I had never met Linda Ross before this visit, but she welcomed me like a long lost friend. She is professional, courteous and respectful to everyone I saw her come in contact with. I had an outstanding, worthwhile visit because of her (just like you are hoping for.)
You folks are great; please keep it up.
My experience was a positive one. Very professional staff, good service and fresh chocolate chip cookies! How can you improve? I dunno, maybe bring in a neck and back massage therapist for my waiting period?

The service is outstanding. I have no problems scheduling an appointment or even last minute openings.
Each service attendee has been professional and curtious to my needs.
If they felt that my car was to take longer then usual for service, I was immediately provided a loaner car without any problems, and I was in and out in a flash.
The waiting room is nice, could have nicer more comfortable chairs, the free access to breverages and fresh cookies is a nice touch. And most of all having a television helps pass time!!!
The price of any repairs or service to ones vehicle is always costly, wish prices could be better, but it comes with the territory with a luxury brand. However, for regular customers like myself, coupons via email or mail would be nice touch.
Overall, I am very pleased with my service at Infiniti of Kirkland.
Both Kathy and I enjoy dealing with Linda Ross when we need service. Even though our car is 10 years old, it has been very reliable. We’ve learned over the years that Linda is trustworthy, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
This is actually the second G20t we purchased from Infiniti of Kirkland. The first one we purchased used and kept for 10 years. Our experience with the first G20t and Linda’s incredible customer service is why we keep coming back.
When I first purchased my G37x, I was already impressed with the car and the buying experience. It was both the best vehicle and best experience I had ever seen throughout.
Owning the car has been just as great. Ryan is a class-act and tells you everything you need to know. He truly desires to take care of the customer, and I can tell you this is not always the case. I could not be happier iwth my purchase and the entire ownership experience involving Infiniti of Kirkland.

I have never had BETTER service anywhere than what Linda Ross provides–she is the absolute best. I have owned Porsche’s and Mercedes and the service was good but not like what Linda and your mechanics have provided me.

I took my car in to service after another dealer could not find the problem or give me an inteligent answer for my concern. Chris in service greeted me as if I were royalty and without question, put me into a service loaner and I was on my way. The attention to detail and “never quit” attitude I felt from the service department made me feel confident they were giving every effort.
I am, like many others, an extremely busy person and I don’t have time to bounce all over creation to get my car fixed. Within about 3 hours Chris called me to let me know the problem was discovered, parts were ordered, and I would have my car by the following afternoon! That is my expectation of how a dealership should operate and more.
You will be seeing me for regular service.
I worked with David Gates on purchasing my vehicle. It was such a great experience! David explained everything in detail and is very knowledgeable in what Infinity had to offer over other competitors. I’m rather jaded by the car sales industry and was rather difficult during the time frame it took for me to feel comfortable with purchasing the car. However, the team at Infinity Kirkland “held my hand” and walked me through everything! I was extremely pleased with my purchase overall and with everyone that assisted throughout the process. They even have great maintenance packages!!! With my future Infinity purchases, I’ll definitely keep my business with Infinity of Kirkland!
I live & work as a pastor in the Boise, ID area & was looking for an ’07 Infiniti G35x. Used Auto Trader on-line. Made an offer on a little white/white beauty in Reno with 22K mls–offer rejected. Found a silver one in Kirkland, WA that was a loaner at the dealership with 20K mls. The salesman was Mario, who while on the phone with me did a walk-around & told me everything he saw, scratches, scuffs, chips or whatever so I’d know exactly what to expect. Everything sounded good except for a significant scuff on the driver’s side mirror housing. So, I made the same offer that I had made on the one in Reno, & was accepted within minutes, after the “obligatory” check with the manager (ha). Mario said they’d take care of the scuff for an extra $100. I said “thank you, no.” Well, he called me back in 30 min. & said he talked with his manager & they’d take care of the scuff–no extra charge. I thought, coool. I caught a SW flight up to SEATAC for $60 the next Tue a.m. Mario picked me up in the car at the airport which was also cool & took me to the dealership where I did a close inspection of the car & took it for a drive. It’s was just as described. No hassles, no finagling, & no surprises. They really have a beautiful dealership & I was very comfortable while I waited 15 min or so for paperwork processing. All went really smoothly for which I was very grateful–kinda risky doing a deal over the phone & a one-way ticket. Gave them my cashier’s check, signed the papers and drove it home. That was 4 mo.s ago & it’s been perfect. Very happy. Thanks Mario!!! You were awesome!
Major kudos to the people at Kirkland Infiniti. I’ve purchased two cars (G35 and Jeep Wrangler) from them and am a very high maintenance client, yet they continue to treat me like I’m their one and only, most important client who never gives them any trouble. Chris Beaupre in the service department is the only person I would trust to give me advice about cars and he’s been great when I’ve needed referrals to outside businesses (see my review about Collision Masters in Kirkland). I will never buy a car from anywhere else and no other service business will ever touch my cars. They are simply spectacular!
I met Mike, the new sales consultant who was very helpful. He listens, he knows cars, and he is clearly honest with high integrity. I will lease a car from Infinity of Kirkland and I will work with Mike. If you want honest information and thorough car knowledge, he’s the guy.
Infiniti of Kirkland’s staff is awesome I walk in there and feel like a million bucks. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They know what they’re talking about when it comes to Infinitis. I’ve purchased two G’s there and am shooting for a QX56 next year. They go out of their way to make sure I’m always taken care of which is why I’ve been a customer for almost 5 years.
Thank you for all you all did for my J30 when I brought it in recently. Ryan did an excellent job of convincing Jeff of AAA that the jumper cable really did cause the problem.
I got a call from Jeff today saying they would reimburse me for the damage and would mail me out a check (thanks to Ryan). I also left a copy of the bill in my paper box for Jeff to pick up so we should be done!!! (except for the check).
Thanks to you all for your help and I certainly will remember it when something else happens to my beloved J30.
You have great people and at the top of that list is Chris Beaupre. He takes really good care of me and he is why my next car will be a new Infiniti.
I just wanted to give Ryan Anderson in service a big thanks. He has bent over backwards on a number of occasions to help me out. He is a very good service advisor and he treats me with respect and is very nice in general. Thanks.
I realize servicing my car at the dealership may be a tad more expensive than at other locations (esp. for just an oil change!), but I like to think that it’s a higher level of service: better materials, extra care, etc. (Once we took our car to Oil Can Henry’s and they failed to get the oil filter on properly, and it created quite a problem later…)
Anyway, aside from the service itself, I like (in order of importance to me):
- Service loaners when needed (I didn’t need one this time but know I could have gotten one if I did)
– Service people – in particular, this time I dealt with Linda Ross, who was especially helpful for me—even finding me a desk to work at while I waited, which turned out to be time well spent. She has a great, upbeat personality and warm demeanor, and was just overall EXCELLENT to work with. Everyone at the dealership was attentive and helpful, but I felt that Linda went above and beyond, in spite of being obviously busy
– The car wash
As far as improvements: not much you can do about it at this time, and since Linda had provided me with a desk to work at, I didn’t spend time there this time out, but: I find your waiting area downright claustrophobic. The good news: you guys do a great job of making it more comfortable by providing a great magazine selection and snack and beverage offerings. When it’s time to remodel tho, my suggestion: provide a bit more space in the waiting area.
